iShares MSCI Japan EUR Hedged UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. The fund is managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. It invests in the public equity markets of Japan. The fund invests directly and also through derivatives such as forward contracts in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in the stocks of large-cap and mid-cap companies, the returns being hedged to Euro. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI Japan 100% Hedged to EUR Index Net, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as iShares V Public Limited Company - iShares MSCI Japan Monthly EUR Hedged. iShares MSCI Japan EUR Hedged UCITS ETF was formed on September 30, 2010 and is domiciled in Ireland.
