Makara Strategic Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We intend to focus our search for a target business in the natural resources, clean energy or energy storage sectors in the Americas, Europe or Asia. We will seek to acquire businesses that we believe are fundamentally strong with unique opportunities to expand globally within the enterprise value range of $3-$5 billion.
