Company Description
PROTONIQ Acquisition Corp is a newly incorporated blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We believe that there are a significant number of target companies globally (with particular focus on opportunities in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region), that could become attractive public companies.
We currently intend to concentrate our efforts on identifying technology businesses in the financial services industry with a focus on delivering differentiated financial services in the wealth management, financial advisory and investment management sectors.
Our sponsor is controlled by Babar Ali, a non-U.S. person. We may not be able to complete an initial business combination with a U.S. target company since such initial business combination may be subject to U.S. foreign investment regulations and review by a U.S. government entity, and ultimately prohibited.
