Affiliate program rules

1. Commissions

1. For each referred user who signs up for a paid plan, you will receive 60% of all revenue generated from that subscription for the first 12 months.
2. If the user signs up for an annual plan, you will receive the full 60% amount immediately.
3. If the user signs up for a monthly plan, you will receive 60% each month for up to 12 months, depending on how long the subscriber remains active.
4. If a user requests a refund within 60 days of payment, that commission will be deducted from your balance.
5. Conversions are credited using last-click attribution. The most recent affiliate link clicked prior to sign-up receives the commission.
6. Users who subscribe within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link count as your conversion.
7. We accept subscribers from most countries, except where restricted by our payment provider (Paddle).

2. Payments

1. Payments are made 15 days after the end of each month.
2. To be eligible for payment, you must have earned a minimum of $50 in commissions.
3. Payments are made via PayPal or Wise. Wire transfers can be arranged for payouts above $1,000.
4. You are responsible for any taxes associated with earning affiliate revenue.
5. Affiliates located in countries under U.S. sanctions may be ineligible for payments.

3. Guidelines

1. No self-referrals. You cannot purchase a Stock Analysis subscription using your own referral link.
2. You may not use the Stock Analysis name or logo in any paid advertising without prior permission.
3. Spam or unsolicited messaging is prohibited.
4. Do not advertise discounts or special offers unless they have been authorized by Stock Analysis.
5. Affiliates who drive at least 3 conversions in a calendar year will receive one free year of Stock Analysis Pro as a thank-you for promoting us.
