In addition, the company offers a range of consultative services for the public and private sector in the field of real estate; and supervision/management of real estate comprising monitoring the observance of building regulations, the observance of contractual obligations, and real estate inspection services.
Further, it also engages in the management and exploitation of properties; provision of general and technical advice; real estate brokerage; and assessment and valuation of assets and mechanical equipment.
The company was formerly known as Alpha Astika Akinita S.A. and changed its name to Alpha Real Estate Services S.A. in February 2024.
