Buongiorno. Good afternoon to you all. I am absolutely delighted to welcome you here in Balocco, Alfa Romeo Proving Ground, for our dedicated commercial vehicle presentation. Today, it is not a normal launch. Today, you will feel the power. Today, in front of you, you will have 12 launches. Today, in front of you, you will touch 53 conversions provided by our 400 partners in the world. Today, you will assess where we are in terms of readiness, in terms of connectivity. Today, you will assess where we are in terms of readiness in electrification. Today, you will feel the power of Stellantis. Bottom line, I have two messages for you today. One, we are proud. Proud to share with you how much we care about this business, commercial vehicle that is at the core of the transformation of our world, not only the company, the world.

The world will be commercial vehicle in the future, my friends. How much we care about this business and how much we are preparing Stellantis for a robust and leading future. This activity, commercial vehicle, is indeed paramount for Stellantis. Do you know that commercial vehicle means pickups and vans represents 1/3 of the net revenue of the group? Did you know that? We are speaking about how much? We are speaking about, net revenue of the group of something around EUR 180 billion, no? Commercial vehicle business unit represent around EUR 60 billion, providing the right level of profits for the company, obviously. EUR 60 billion net revenue means that we are above 100% of our competitors in terms of net revenue, 100%, only with commercial vehicle at Stellantis. Be proud, guys, for that.

We've got leading position in several regions in the world, as well as we've got leading position in electrification and connectivity, and we want to reinforce this position even further for Stellantis. That's the first message. We represent more than 30% of the group in terms of net revenue and far more in terms of profit. We make money with LCVs and vans in this world. The second message is that the commercial vehicle business unit is a key contributor to, obviously, the Dare Forward ambition of Stellantis, obviously, the Dare Forward plan, and obviously, the Dare Forward commitment. But the commitments are heavy and very, very big for the commercial business unit, and they were made two years ago by our CEO, Carlos Tavares. These commitments are concrete and clear. We will double our revenue compared to 2021, where we were at something around EUR 47 billion.

Now, we are at EUR 60 billion, and we will double until 2030. Second, we will reach 40% of electric vehicle sales in the mix. Who knows that we are, in Europe, at 43% market share in the BEV segment in Europe? Who knows that? Nobody. And by the way, we would add something. We will realize EUR 5 billion in service revenue. That's huge for the future of Stellantis, but not only, for the automotive industry, for the transformation of our world. That's huge. And I now hand over to Xavier Peugeot, who will share with you more concretely the key elements of this fantastic plan. Thank you. Welcome, Xavier.

Xavier Peugeot
SVP of the Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, Stellantis

Good morning to you all. As you know, our commercial vehicle business is evolving and is transforming. On this key part of the Stellantis activity, we cannot anymore just build and sell products. Today, the main expectation of our customers is to get a 360-degree answer from us, an answer which is in line with our ambition to be more than ever their preferred business partner. To do so, we reinforce even further our strategy, which is, in a simple way, based on five pillars. One, of course, we still rely on strong products, but we are going much further, basically, and that's my second point, second pillar, a reinforced zero-emission leadership, reminding you all that we are today number one in Europe with 43% BEV market share. Three, a dedicated customer experience. Four, a complete digital conversion ecosystem.

Five, a larger offer of connected services. To make it simple, five pillars, six brands, and one single Stellantis commercial vehicle force. Let's see how each brand CEO within Stellantis is committed in this commercial vehicle strategy.

Speaker 4

Our brand has never been just about products. Fiat Professional stands for dedicated network, dedicated solutions, with an obsession, staying close to our customers.

Peugeot helps make our customers' businesses look good and run smoothly. Distinctive and assertive design is the foundation of our success.

Ram is built to serve people, challenging the normal and surpassing the everyday. Our complete truck lineup offers first-rate technology and safety, while delivering outstanding comfort and head-turning style.

We are a daring brand, and this is why we propose new concepts, like Ami Cargo or our camper van, the new Type Holidays.

All our products share the same bold and pure design language, and are focused on delivering innovative solutions for all our customers.

Customers turn to us for strength, power, and capability, the characteristics our brand stands for in the commercial world.

We provide a comfortable, ergonomic, and technological working space. We want to make the working days easier for our drivers.

It's all there in our tagline: "A pro like you." Close relationships, ingenuity, reliability, efficiency. That has sold millions of vehicles. Those results come from being continually in the forefront.

We have a full BEV lineup designed to suit any mission, and to satisfy owner-drivers, as well as large delivery fleet companies.

We at Opel and Vauxhall are driving the change towards electromobility. We already have 15 electrified models in our portfolio today, including our entire LCV lineup.

Ram goes electric. We will provide customers with segment-exclusive range options, including unlimited range, zero emissions commercial vehicles.

We are also a sustainable brand, and that's why every commercial vehicle we propose comes with a pure electric version.

In 2021, we took another major step towards an emission-free future, and launched the first hydrogen fuel cell van. It opens up an exciting chapter in our sustainable mobility offensive, and the next chapter is already in the pipeline.

Finally, comfort. This is a key asset of the brand. This is why, on our commercial vehicles, we propose Citroën Advanced Comfort seats, because a comfortable driver is an efficient driver.

With us, excellence comes with 24/7 services and electric efficiency to protect your bottom line. Allure simply makes business better.

Fiat Pro is about partnership with the people we serve, and Stellantis turns that into partnership enhanced. A bigger network to drive our expansion from places where we do lead, Europe, South America, to places where we can lead, the Middle East and Africa region.

Opel, as the only German brand, and Vauxhall, as the only British brand within Stellantis, play a vital role in two of the top LCV markets, and our market share keeps growing across Europe.

At Citroën, we have very strong values that apply to commercial vehicle, that represents 30% of our sales.

The launch of the new electric ProMaster will mark the shift and kick off our next North American product offensive. From the U.S., we will expand to the rest of the world. Our trucks will complement the Stellantis van range in all regions.

It's all about working together for a better future and leading a lot of people there, fit for mission, friendly, and for all.

Xavier Peugeot
SVP of the Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, Stellantis

So pillar number one: products. Our leadership on commercial vehicle is definitely robust. We are number one in Europe, number one in South America, number two in Middle East and Africa, and number three in the U.S. Last year, we sold 1.6 million vans and pickups around the world, and the first eight months of 2023 show a 5% volume increase, confirming our growth path worldwide. You all know that we have the widest and the most complete commercial vehicle product offer, with five vans and 10 pickups in the various regions of the world. Adding all their derivatives, I mean, the panel vans, the chassis cabs, et cetera, we offer now more than 800,000 combinations to our customers, including a micro-mobility offer, and with a robust and international footprint overall made of 15 plants.

But from a product point of view, the main message you should keep in mind today is our vans offensive. For the first time ever in this market, a manufacturer is indeed presenting, at the same time, not one single new product, but the renewal of its entire van range: compact, medium, and large vans. So let's go to pillar number two: zero emission. Zero emission is, and has always been, at the heart of our commercial vehicle strategy. We were the first to have, from the end of 2021, and at the right time, a fully electrified van range. And this provides us, today, the leadership on BEV sales in Europe, with 43% of BEV market share, particularly with strong and leading positions, both on compact and medium BEV van segments, with more than 50% segment share each. And we want to go further.

With the launch of our 2nd generation of BEV technology, not in two or three years from now, but by the end of 2023, we will provide increased autonomy without any compromise in the core capabilities, which are, as you know, expected by our customers. The benefit of this 2nd generation BEV will impact our entire van range, now including also an in-house electric large van offer: e-Boxer, E-Ducato, ë-Jumper, Movano Electric, but also, also the ProMaster BEV for the Ram brand in the U.S. Talking about Ram, this new electric van offer is the first step in the Ram electrification offensive, which will see concretely the launch of four electrified pickups over the next two years. That's a plan which is consistent with the electrification momentum of the U.S. market. Let's have a closer look.

Speaker 4

Not all revolutions are caused by sudden, radical change. Some take decades to form, to come together, to learn from the past, learn from the present, and then rise up to challenge everything that has come before it. The all-electric Ram 1500 REV, the right truck at the right time.

Xavier Peugeot
SVP of the Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, Stellantis

So being leader in zero emissions solutions requires also to go beyond BEV answers, particularly with hydrogen fuel cell technology supporting additional customer usages, which are, as you know, the most intensive ones. Regarding this, our hydrogen roadmap is very clear. One, a fuel cell medium van offer, which is already on the market. Two, an additional fuel cell large van offer from 2024 onwards. And three, the deployment of this fuel cell technology on the Ram brand in less than three years. And finally, to complete our zero emission BEV plus hydrogen offer, we'll also be launching, in 2024, a retrofit offer dedicated to our customers owning thermal vehicles and looking for a more affordable solution that is trustworthy and eco-conscious. Pillar number three: customer experience.

At Stellantis, we put the customer at the heart of our operation, and to be the preferred business partner of our customers requires also tailor-made solutions to their professional needs. So in concrete terms, we built a dedicated customer journey for each of the various customer profiles, customer needs, customer usages, in which each customer will find his appropriate tailor-made offer. Just two examples. One, the digital interaction with our customer will evolve. Customers will directly provide their needs, their usages, in line with the specificity of their business, and this will enable us, instead of just displaying the full product range, to focus directly on the most relevant offer for them. And this offer will be packaged with services like dedicated charging solution, wall box offers from Free2move Charge, and also financial offers, thanks to our in-house financial services.

This digital approach is already supported by 20,000 professional touchpoints worldwide, offering 360-degree businesses efficient solutions with dedicated sales and services advisors and operating with extended hours. Two, delivery. Delivery is taking an increasing part of our business, and this is why we'll be launching, by the end of 2023, a dedicated delivery version of our electric large van. A version directly produced in our factory and with a set of equipment and features facilitating the daily activity of our business delivery customers, such as, for instance, the roll-up door at the back of the car. Time to switch to pillar number four, which is about conversions and upfits. Definitely impossible to talk about commercial vehicle performance, customer needs, and customer expectations without talking about conversions and upfitters. They represent up to 50% of our commercial vehicle sales.

So we don't want to bother you with other technical words. Let me just highlight just three main steps in this roadmap. One, over 400 existing conversion partnerships with a wide range of offers. You will see many examples later today around you, and reinforced by a certification process ensuring strong quality. Two, a seamless digital ecosystem in order to facilitate the process and interactions, and also reduce lead time for all stakeholders, should they be customers, converters, dealers, and of course, our brands. And three, product innovation. Product innovation, bringing electrification to conversions, and this with innovative solutions such as the e-Power Take-Off solution, e-PTO, which uses installed battery of the vehicle instead of just adding another one. Let's see better how it works in this next video.

Speaker 4

At Stellantis, for our customers and converters, we want to offer power directly from the traction battery, and therefore avoid additional batteries or generator. This is e-PTO, electrical power take-off technology. Because you may need power when your car is locked, you can activate the additional key off function. By activating key off before leaving your e-van, the e-PTO will deliver 17 minutes of power to control, as an example, your cargo temperature or other usages. e-PTO comes with sockets in the cargo area, which enables easy charging of the batteries of any electrical appliance. e-PTO will provide you with energy.

Xavier Peugeot
SVP of the Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, Stellantis

So, pillar number five now, about connected services. Regarding this, our goal is clear: deliver our Dare Forward ambitions, which EUR 5 billion in connected services revenue by 2030. So how are we going to achieve this? We'll do it in three steps. One, connect 100% of our vans and pickups. This will be completely the case for all Stellantis commercial vehicles by the end of this year. Two, ensure that connectivity is immediately activated at customer delivery on each and every vehicle, both in Europe and also in North America. This will be a reality from early 2024 at the delivery of all the new models presented today. And three, deploy services packages focusing on business continuity and business efficiency. Features like digital maintenance monitoring, just bringing a peace of mind.

Geo-fencing that eliminates driving outside the approved perimeter and enhances, therefore, the safety of the fleet and also optimizing its usages. But also, eco-drive coaching, charge management software to optimize EV fleet, and real-time driver alerts to reduce accidents, energy consumptions, and also insurance costs. These are the results expected by each and every business owner. Additionally, we will improve the availability for our customers by providing easy and fast upgrades via the over-the-air technology, such as remote software updates, remote ADAS upgrades, and refining EV drive modes by, for instance, adapting the delivery route to the traffic conditions. All of this being while vehicles remain in the field. So, the moment has come to see our new products.

As I told you, the world of commercial vehicles has never seen before a full renewal of an entire van lineup on the same day, and I directly hand over to Luca Marengo, Head of Van Products, to introduce them. Luca?

Luca Marengo
Head of Van Products, Stellantis

Thank you, Xavier, and good morning, everybody from my side. During the Dare Forward 2030 event, Stellantis stated that in the commercial vehicle scenario, at least one measure launch per year in relevant segment is necessary to maintain the right pace of innovation. We are keeping our promise, and actually, we are going much further. Three new vans for our brands, covering all market areas for a unique two-digit model launch, the greatest commercial vehicle offensive ever. Starting from our 360-degree approach, we consistently focused on the most important product areas, areas for our customers. No compromise. This is the essence of our customer-centric strategy. To achieve all our objectives, we addressed three areas in particular: human machine interface, driver assistance, and 2nd-gen zero-emission powertrains. Let's see the features all our new vehicles share.

The human machine interface has been completely renewed, both on board and off board, taking into account the expectation of our professional customers. We have new cockpits, a new infotainment lineup, and most importantly, connectivity is a standard on all product lines. The advanced driver assistance systems adopted on our vans offer increased safety, higher productivity, and stressless driving for the full peace of mind of both drivers and owners. All vehicles in all segment are equipped with at least 18 ADAS. On top, we introduce safety and functionality upgrades, such as LED headlamps. At Stellantis, we are focused on providing clean, safe, and affordable mobility. Our in-house 2nd-gen zero-emission propulsion systems go exactly in this direction, as it allow us to increase performance, improve quality, reduce costs to the benefit of our customers. Our sophisticated regenerative braking systems take into account vehicle mass and road dynamics.

And finally, the exclusive 400-volt electric power takeoff makes all our EV vehicles easily applicable. So before discovering our new lineup, let me underline the extraordinary result our brands have achieved with the current generation of their vans: 10 million units sold worldwide. This is our DNA and the foundation on which our relationship with customer is built, and this is where we start from to move forward. Please welcome the all-new Stellantis compact van range. Citroën Berlingo, Fiat Doblò, Opel/Vauxhall Combo, and Peugeot Partner. These are the models, all based on the same multi-energy platform, but at the same time, they fully respect the new identity and language of the brand that they belongs to. Customers will find on these vans, the values, the features, and the distinctive markers they expect from their favorite brand.

Opel and Vauxhall focus on technology, and their brand marker is high-tech lighting. All Opel and Vauxhall vans are equipped with matrix headlamps that provide wide night vision and prevent the risk of dazzling oncoming traffic. Peugeot distinctive value is allure, and customer will find on the new Partner, the design and the refinement of the exclusive i-Cockpit. Fiat is well known for its user-friendliness and its product ingenuity, and customer will be, once more, attracted by the intelligent solution of its Magic Cargo space. Finally, customers find on Citroën's interior and Advanced Comfort seats, all the traditional care of the brand for well-being on board. But let's focus now on what's new on our current vans. The human machine interface sees a fully new infotainment lineup, including the unique Smartphone Station.

Simply connect your smartphone with the dedicated app, and it will become the control panel of the entire vehicle, also interacting with the steering wheel buttons. Connectivity and simplicity of use go hand in hand here. The Smartphone Station represents a smart, practical, and economical way to upgrade the experience on board. The offer is completed by two fully connected entertainment system, featuring large, over 10-inch display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, full connectivity, and on the top level, a full digital experience with embedded navigation and over-the-air updates opportunities. Driver assistance offer 18 ADAS, including the new Dynamic Surround Vision. We support the customer in all maneuvers, showing different camera views on what's behind or next to the vehicle. Our second-generation compact EV vans reach best-in-class range, up to 330 km, 50 km more than the current model.

The heat pump we have introduced optimizes energy use in winter conditions, thus reducing waste and extending range and autonomy. But now, it's time for our compact vans to leave the scene. Let me summarize what our compact van range has to offer: four body types, two lengths, payload up to 1 ton, loading length up to 3.44 m, and choice between a BEV version with extended range and latest generation internal combustion engines. A wide and innovative range, full of choices and features, launched at a price accessible to all customers. Well, we are only at the beginning of our 12-model product presentation. Compact vans have left the scene, and the stage is now ready to welcome our capable and agile mid-size vans. Citroën Jumpy, Fiat Scudo, Opel/Vauxhall Vivaro , and Peugeot Expert.

As you see, also mid-size van have been fully renewed, each based on its brand identity. What's new here? In terms of a human-machine interface, a new instrument panel with more functions, a new style, and many more storage compartments. A new 10-inch digital instrument cluster, together with a new infotainment lineup, featuring a full connectivity, digital experience, and ready to be always updated through over-the-air capabilities. The vehicle is equipped with 18 ADAS, including the Dynamic Surround Vision system, for safer driving and easier parking. Coming to electrification, we confirm our offer two different zero-emission technologies: battery electric vehicle and hydrogen fuel cell. This pioneering choice makes our mid-size van range unique in the competitive scenario. The updated hydrogen model will be launched by mid-2024, adopting the Stellantis-exclusive Mid-Power system that offers all the advantages of electric traction, hydrogen battery technology, with no compromise on capability.

It will provide up to 400 km autonomy, a record in the segment, and fast refueling in less than five minutes, ensuring maximum flexibility of usage to our customer. 2nd-gen BEVs are available with battery packs at 50 kWh or 75 kWh, and improve their range up to 350 km. Well, time to change the scene again. Mid-size range summary: six body types, including the new recreational vehicle base, two lengths, payload up to 1.4 tons, volume in excess of 6.6 cu m , and of course, choice between BEV with extended range, ICE, and fuel cell models. Now, dear guests, we conclude our defile of new products with the new large van, heir to a generation of vehicles that made history in this segment. Citroën Jumper, Fiat Ducato, Opel/ Vauxhall Movano, and Peugeot Boxer. What's new here?

The renewed human-machine interface is all around, improving comfort, functionality, and life on board, and presents a new, fully configurable digital cluster, Eat & Work seat bench, along with an array of other new features and functionality. Large vans are large objects moving in restricted spaces. Either they are delivery operators or motor drivers, customers highly appreciate driving assistance systems, and our models simply have the best equipment in the segment. Thanks to the new electric power steering and the combination of adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go function, lane centering, and traffic jam assist, Movano, Boxer, Ducato, and Jumper are the first large vans to reach Level 2, which is the most advanced level of autonomous driving applicable on the road today. Talking of electric, we're beating all records. We offer best-in-class EV range, up to 420 km, 140 km more than today.

110 kWh battery pack, and fast charging at 150 kW, meaning from 0 to 80% charge in less than one hour. Next year, we will launch the first ever fuel cell large van, adopting the same Mid-Power architecture of our midsize models, rescaled for the large van customer purpose. This hydrogen-fueled version will reach up to 500 km range, with just five minutes of refuel time. We've also renewed all our internal combustion powertrains, delivering high durability, high efficiency, and high comfort, up to 180 hp and 450 Nm peak torque, coupled with a new eight-speed automatic transmission. This combination allows for 9% lower consumption, compared to current generation models, and positions us at the top of the segment in term of fuel efficiency and low CO2 emissions. Well, large van are leaving us now.

To conclude, a quick sum-up of what our large van range offers: seven body types, four lengths, and three heights. Payload up to 2 tons, volume capacity up to 17 cu m , gross vehicle weight up to 5 tons, and 2nd-gen battery electric vehicle with best-in-class range, new internal combustion engine, and exclusive hydrogen fuel cell version of introduction. It is important to highlight that, unlike other OEMs, we brought the purity of our all-forward concept also in the electric territory. This enables Movano, Boxer, Ducato, and Jumper to offer best-in-class space efficiency. In fact, our 6-meter version have the same capacity of our competitor's 6.5-meter vans. This is a great moment for our current and future customer, for Stellantis, and for all of us. 12 nameplates across our brands, covering all light commercial vehicle segments, hitting the market at the same time.

A product launch like no one had ever seen before, and the start of a commercial vehicle offensive that will make waves in the market. Thank you.

Xavier Peugeot
SVP of the Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, Stellantis

Thank you, Luca. So, as you've understood, our leading positions worldwide do not prevent us from accelerating even further and expressing the strong Stellantis ambition on this commercial vehicle business. Today, we have shown you our 360-degree business approach, reminded you, based on five pillars, all of them to be the preferred business partner for our customers. You understand that this is a very important project for us, a very important project for our company, a project for which the full commercial vehicle team is 100% mobilized, a project for which the entire Stellantis company is mobilized. This is just key to our future. We said in the Dare Forward 2030 commitment that we would take full leadership by 2030, but this commercial vehicles offensive will enable us to achieve it by 2027.

This is why we had to give to this project, we had to give to this ambition, a real dedicated name: Stellantis Pro One. So Stellantis Pro One is born. Why Pro One? Pro, because we are professionals providing answers to professionals, and One, because our six brands converge to one force, dedicated to one priority: customers. Customers are the heart of everything we do in our 360-degree business partner strategy. And to make it short, worldwide leadership by 2027. This is really a historical moment, so let's celebrate it with the final product parade.
