Nitin Castings Limited manufactures, sells, and exports alloy steel castings in India and internationally.
It offers immersion/dip tubes, bimetallic rollers, grate plates, hammers and diaphragm liners, tip casting blocks/sectors, and flaps and diaphragm plates for cement plants; and grate bars, tip casting blocks, upper and lower side walls, screen size rollers, chain links, side plates, locking clits, and press boards/side boards/stripper plates for steel plants.
The company also provides reformer tubes, process gas heater tubes, burden feeder shafts, feed legs, etc. for DRI plants; air injection and feed tubes, coal burner and throw pipes, radiation protection tubes, swirlers, thermowells, inlet and outlet sector, and staggers for coal-based sponge iron plants; upper and lower burden feeder probes, and breaker disk and lugs for burden feeder shafts for blast furnaces; galvanizing and cold rolling mill products; products for industrial, heat treatment, and re-heating furnaces; and products for fertilizer, refinery, and petrochemical industries.
In addition, it offers hot strip mill products; decanters; valves, including balls, seat rings, cages, hydrant valves, strainers, valve bodies, bonnets, yokes and discs for gate valves, globe valves, and valve bodies and discs for butterfly valves; and casings, impellers, sleeves, stuffing boxes, rotor ball diffusers, and bushes for the pump industry.
Further, the company provides parts for earth moving equipment in low alloy steels; rings for metallic RTJ gaskets; anchors, pedestal door frames, and walking beams for furnaces; lift cylinders for tyre machinery; liners for slurry pumps and compressors; and disc refiners for paper mills; piercing plugs; deck panels; and rollers and guides for ERW tube plants.
The company was formerly known as Nitin Alloys Global Limited and changed its name to Nitin Castings Limited in October 2016.
