The company is also involved in solar and wind energy projects; establishment and running of coal-based powerplants; renting and leasing of infrastructure equipment, including pilling rigs and concrete machinery; civil contracting, fabrication units, and interior design; manufacture and supply of electrical and civil building materials; and execution and management of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as townships, malls, multiplexes, workshops, and cinema halls.
In addition, it engages in the purchase, sale, and development of residential, commercial, industrial, rural, and urban lands; trade and brokerage of immoveable properties; manufacture of stone crushers, industrial tools, heavy industry equipment, and foundation products; and trade and distribution of cement, edible oils, ethanol, agro commodities, rice, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and auto components, as well as nickel, copper, aluminum, and other industrial raw materials.
Further, the company provides comprehensive supply chain services for infrastructure and manufacturing industries.
The company was formerly known as Chhattisgarh Industries Limited and changed its name to Stratmont Industries Limited in December 2016.
