It also holds options to acquire 75% interest in the Mann Lake Uranium project covering 8,582 acres and located in the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan; the Wolf Canyon project comprising 80 unpatented mineral lode claims covering 1,600 acres in Fall River county, South Dakota; and 60% interest in the CHG gold exploration project, which includes 7 mineral claims covering 3,606 hectares located in south-central, British Columbia.
The company was formerly known as Black Shield Metals Corp. and changed its name to Basin Uranium Corp. in October 2021.
