The fund uses derivatives such as swap agreements to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in the stocks of large-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the TOPIX Total Return Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. The fund was formerly known as Lyxor UCITS ETF Japan (TOPIX). Amundi Japan Topix UCITS ETF was formed on October 28, 2005 and is domiciled in France.
