The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the real estate sector, which include real estate investment companies and real estate management and property development companies. It invests in the stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe Strategy Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. It was formerly known as Amundi ETF FTSE EPRA Europe Real Estate UCITS ETF. Amundi FTSE EPRA Europe Real Estate UCITS ETF was formed on August 20, 2009 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
