The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the Euro zone. It uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in fixed-rate, Euro denominated sovereign bonds with maturity ranging between 1 and 3 years. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated by S&P, Moody’s, and Fitch. It seeks to replicate the performance of the EuroMTS Investment Grade Eurozone Government Bond 1-3Y Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. The fund was formerly known as Multi Units Luxembourg - Lyxor EuroMTS 1-3Y Investment Grade (DR) UCITS ETF. Lyxor Euro Government Bond 1-3Y (DR) UCITS ETF was formed on September 6, 2005 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
