It is co-managed by BlackRock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. It invests in the Euro denominated, fixed and floating rate corporate bonds issued by industrials, utilities, and financial companies with a maturity of up to 3 years. The fund invests in the investment grade bonds that are rated as BBB- and above by Fitch and S&P, and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx EUR Liquid Investment Grade Ultrashort Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. iShares Euro Ultrashort Bond UCITS ETF was formed on September 11, 2013 and is domiciled in Ireland.
