It is co-managed by BlackRock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. It invests directly and uses derivatives such as forward contracts to invest in the fixed-rate, corporate bonds issued by industrials, utilities, and financial companies, the returns being hedged to Euro. The fund invests in investment grade securities with a minimum maturity of one year.
