The fund is co-managed by State Street Global Advisors, Inc. It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. The fund invests in the US Dollar denominated, fixed-rate corporate bonds with maturity of 3 to 10 years. It invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as at least BBB- by S&P and Fitch and at least Baa3 by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays U.S. 3-10 Year Corporate Index, by employing representative sampling methodology.
