It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in the stocks of large-cap and mid-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE Emerging Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as Vanguard Funds Public Limited Company - Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF. Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets UCITS ETF was formed on May 22, 2012 and is domiciled in Ireland.
