The company provides cargo handling, accommodation, and restaurants and mobile food services; support services related to tourism promotion and organization; direct support services for waterway transport, including inland waterway pilotage, dredging, salvaging, and clearing obstacles on inland waterways; sauna, massage, and health-enhancing services; shipping agency services; inland waterway passenger transport; and repair and maintenance of transport vehicles.

It is also involved in the construction of railway and road works, industrial and civil works, waterways, ports, structures on rivers, tourist ports, and culverts; maintenance of embankments, water level markers, river regulation, etc.; and production, repair, and installation of inland waterway signals.

In addition, the company provides real estate investment and commercial services, as well as operates as general contractor for construction and installation.

DS3 Joint Stock Company was formerly known as Riverway Management Joint Stock No.3 and changed its name to DS3 Joint Stock Company in April 2023.
