It tracks the Solactive Daily Leveraged 3x Short Tesla Index, aiming to deliver -3 times the daily performance of Tesla Inc., excluding fees and adjustments—for instance, a 1% daily rise in Tesla results in approximately a 3% decline in the ETP, and vice versa. Backed by collateral held in a segregated account by an independent custodian like The Bank of New York Mellon, it mitigates counterparty risk from its swap structure with providers such as Natixis. Denominated in USD and available in multiple currencies including EUR and GBX, the ETP accumulates dividends and features a total expense ratio around 0.99% p.a., with daily rebalancing that amplifies volatility over periods longer than one day.
