The fund invests in the public equity markets of Turkey. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in the stocks of large-cap and mid-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI Turkey Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. The fund was formerly known as iShares II Public Limited Company - iShares MSCI Turkey Fund. iShares MSCI Turkey UCITS ETF was formed on November 3, 2006 and is domiciled in Ireland.
