The fund is managed by Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC. It invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. The fund invests in the fixed-rate US dollar denominated corporate bonds with a minimum maturity of one year and by industrial, utility, and financial issuers. It invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as at least BBB- by S&P and Fitch and at least Baa3 by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg Barclays USD IG Corporate Liquidity Screened Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology.
