About AXOIX
Axxes Opportunistic Credit I is a non-diversified, closed-end interval fund structured under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Its primary objective is to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns, focusing mainly on generating current income with a secondary goal of capital appreciation. Managed by Axxes Advisors I LLC and sub-advised by Greywolf Capital Management, the fund employs a flexible, dynamic investment approach across a variety of public and private credit sectors. Portfolio assets may include fixed and floating rate bonds, distressed and stressed debt, convertible securities, structured credit instruments, and asset-backed securities. The fund seeks to capitalize on market dislocations and inefficiencies, often targeting opportunities arising from misunderstood companies or broader market disruptions. Access is provided to accredited investors with a relatively low minimum investment, and liquidity is facilitated through quarterly repurchase offers for at least five percent of outstanding shares at net asset value. Notably, the fund aims to open private credit strategies—traditionally reserved for institutional investors—to a wider pool of wealth market participants, streamlining access without capital calls or long lock-up periods. Tax reporting is streamlined via Form 1099, and management fees are combined with a performance-based incentive component.
