Equalize Community Development Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end interval fund with a primary focus on investing in first lien loans originated under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 loan program. The fund's main objective is to provide current income and capital preservation, while enabling institutional investors—particularly banks—to receive positive regulatory treatment of their investment under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Its portfolio consists predominantly of 504 First Lien Loans secured by owner-occupied commercial real estate, which target small businesses, including those owned by minorities, women, and veterans, or located in economically underserved areas.
