In addition, the company manufactures and sells thermosetting synthetic resins and plastic materials for use in electrical, electronics, automotive, construction and civil engineering, household and consumer, and packaging sectors.

Further, it trades in equity and debt securities, as well as holds investments in venture capital and investment funds, and unquoted equity securities.

Additionally, the company is involved in the operation of food and beverage outlets under franchise; treatment and disposal of waste; and trading and wholesale of construction chemicals and building materials.

The company was formerly known as SsangYong Cement (Singapore) Limited and changed its name to EnGro Corporation Limited in February 2005.
