About CORC

iShares Global Corp Bond UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. The fund is co-managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited, Blackrock Financial Management Inc., and BlackRock (Singapore) Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. The fund invests in fixed-rate corporate bonds issued by industrial, utilities, and financials companies with a minimum maturity of one year. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 abd above by Moody's. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Global Aggregate Corporate Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as iShares Public Limited Company - iShares Global Corporate Bond UCITS ETF. iShares Global Corp Bond UCITS ETF was formed on September 24, 2012 and is domiciled in Ireland.
