iShares SMIM (CH) is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Schweiz AG. It is co-managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited and BlackRock Asset Management Deutschland AG. It invests in the public equity markets of Switzerland. The fund seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the financial and consumer goods sectors. It invests in the stocks of mid-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the SMI MID Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. It was formerly known as CS ETF (CH) - CS ETF (CH) on SMIM. iShares SMIM (CH) was formed on December 8, 2004 and is domiciled in Switzerland.
