The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Nasdaq-100 Notional Net Total Return Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. It was formerly known as PowerShares Global Funds Ireland Public Limited Company - PowerShares EQQQ Fund. PowerShares EQQQ Nasdaq-100 UCITS ETF was formed on December 2, 2002 and is domiciled in Ireland.
