iShares $ Corp Bond UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. The fund is co-managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited, Blackrock Financial Management Inc., and BlackRock (Singapore) Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets of developed countries across the globe. The fund invests in US Dollar denominated, fixed-rate, corporate bonds with a minimum maturity of 3.5 years. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx $ Liquid Investment Grade Top 30 Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as iShares Public Limited Company - iShares USD Corporate Bond UCITS ETF. iShares $ Corp Bond UCITS ETF was formed on May 16, 2003 and is domiciled in Ireland.
