UBS Bloomberg Barclays USD Emerging Markets Sovereign UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. It is managed by UBS Asset Management (Americas) Inc. The fund invests in fixed income markets of emerging countries across the globe. It invests directly and also through derivatives in fixed and floating rate, US Dollar denominated, sovereign and agency debt securities with a maturity of at least one year. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated by S&P, Moody’s, and Fitch. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Emerging Markets USD Sovereign & Agency 3% Country Capped Index (Total Return), by investing in securities as per their weightings in the index. UBS Bloomberg Barclays USD Emerging Markets Sovereign UCITS ETF was formed in 2016 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
