The fund seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in the stocks of large-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE TWSE Taiwan 50 Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. It was formerly known as Polaris/P-shares Taiwan Top 50 Tracker Fund. Yuanta/P-shares Taiwan Top 50 ETF was formed on June 25, 2003 and is domiciled in Taiwan.
