Desjardins Sustainable American Equity ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Desjardins Global Asset Management Inc. The fund is co-managed by ClearBridge Investments, LLC. It invests in public equity markets of the United States. The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. The fund invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund employs fundamental analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the S&P Composite 1500 Index. The fund does not invest in stocks of companies operating across armament, tobacco, fossil fuels, the production of electricity from coal or nuclear source sectors. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. Desjardins Sustainable American Equity ETF was formed on January 28, 2022 and is domiciled in Canada.
