The fund is co-managed by ReSolve Asset Management Inc. It invests directly, through derivatives and through other funds in public equity, fixed income, currency and commodity markets of global region. The fund employs long/short strategy to create its portfolio. For its equity portion, it invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. For its fixed income portion, it invests through other funds in U.S. treasury securities. The fund employs quantitative analysis to create its portfolio. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against a composite benchmark comprising of 66% of the HFRI Macro: Systematic Diversified Index and 34% of the HFR Risk Parity Vol 10 Index.
