Invesco S&P US Total Market ESG Index ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Invesco Canada Ltd. It is co-managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC and Northwest & Ethical Investments L.P. The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States. The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. The fund invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It seeks to track the performance of the S&P Composite 1500 ESG Index, by using full replication technique. The fund does not invest in stocks of companies operating across controversial weapons, thermal coal extraction and power generation, production and retail of tobacco or related products/services sectors. Invesco S&P US Total Market ESG Index ETF was formed on January 12, 2022 and is domiciled in Canada.
