Along with my fellow directors and executive officers of the company, I'd like to welcome you to this special meeting of stockholders. We appreciate your attendance, your interest and most importantly, your support of BridgeBio. This special meeting with stockholders is being held pursuant to the bylaws of the company and the notice of special meeting and joint proxy statement and prospectus sent to all stockholders as of close of business on 12/08/2020, the record date.

Stockholders may submit questions that relate to the purpose of this meeting at any time during the meeting in the space provided on the meeting portal. After dealing with a few procedural matters, we will take up items to be acted upon. I'd now like to turn the meeting over to Brian Stevenson, who will be acting as Secretary of the Special Meeting to proceed with the formal business of the meeting as set forth in the Notice of Special Meeting and Joint Proxy Statement and Prospectus. The number of shares of common stock issued and outstanding at the record date and entitled to vote was 122,715,631. In accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the company's bylaws, a quorum is present at this special meeting. Proper notice having been given, this meeting has therefore been properly convened. It is 02:03AM Pacific Time on 01/19/2021 and the polls for voting on all matters presented to a vote at this meeting are open.

After voting has been completed on all matters on the agenda we will close the polls and the inspector of the election will provide his preliminary report. We'll move now to review the proposals.

The first proposal to come before the company's stockholders at this meeting is the share issuance proposal in which you are asking stockholders to approve the issuance of shares of the company's common stock upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the agreement and plan of merger dated as of 10/05/2020 by and among Eidos Therapeutics Inc, BridgeBio, Globe Merger Sub one Inc and Globe Merger Sub two. The board has unanimously recommended that the company's stockholders vote for this proposal. Are there any questions or comments on the first proposal? Seeing none, we'll move on to the second proposal. The second proposal to come before the company's stockholders at this meeting is the adjournment proposal in which we're asking stockholders to approve the adjournment of this special meeting if necessary or appropriate to solicit additional proxies in the events there are not sufficient votes to approve the share issuance proposal.

Because there are sufficient votes to approve the share issuance proposal, the proposal to adjourn this meeting to a later date or dates to select additional proxies is moved and will not be voted on. The polls are about to close. So, if you have not yet voted, please do so. Since everyone has had the opportunity to vote, it's now 10:09AM Pacific Time. And the polls are closed.

Will the Inspector of Election please deliver her summary report?

Having examined all of the ballots filed with me, I report that proposal number one has received the affirmative vote of at least a majority of the votes cast and is therefore approved. Since a quorum was present and there were sufficient votes represented at this special meeting to approve proposal one, The proposed proposal regarding the adjournment of this meeting is moot and is not being presented.
