Hello, everyone. Thank you for joining H.C. Wainwright's 28th Annual Global Investment Conference. I am thrilled to introduce Nate Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI.

Nate Bradley
CEO and Director, Datavault AI

Thank you, everyone. Thanks for your interest in our company, and thanks for stopping by this afternoon. That is a little preview of a new logo for our company, working on a font that will go across all of our holdings. It is a special font, we had it made in Asia. Really excited about that. We got some interesting things coming down the pipe with our marketing positioning on a global basis. Some exciting moves that we have been making. If you are not familiar with the story, we are the operating system for the token economy. We have a system that allows for anyone that wants to get involved with, first of all, understanding the value of their digital assets. Data largely stored in digital format, no matter where it resides, can be valued, scored, and managed with our platform. Our platform is multi-patented.

Obviously, many of the statements I will make today are forward-looking in nature but allowed to give you a good feel for our positioning strategy and momentum moving forward. Really foundational IP, intellectual property patents at the foundation. If you are not familiar with me, my background is technology and invention. I have had a couple of unique opportunities that I was able to take public and move all the way through. AudioEye, a company that solved the Internet for people with disabilities. Marathon Patent Group became Marathon Digital Holdings, largest Bitcoin miner in the United States I was involved in founding those companies and moving them forward, but more towards an eye towards really invention, commercialization, reduction to practice, and ultimately exit is my specialty. With respect to Datavault, this is a labor of real focus around tokenomics, really the use of tokens.

We have looked at digital assets as a system where we are able to take assets that are unknown in their value and give you a valuation. Give you also a score that goes with that valuation in case that the trading of the asset or the asset market becomes disconnected with its true value. Something that anyone that follows our story could know that we relate with. In terms of the idea that value and data can be correlated in our platform using IBM watsonx as the foundation. We use XAI from IBM. That allows us to create a valuation and a score that people can trust in a marketplace. Also, to bring forth assets that are digital in nature, data in nature that we know have comps.

If we do not have a comp, we can reconstruct your data asset by understanding how much it costs you to create it, and how much you would like to receive in a price point per copy when you sell it. There is a number of things that we bring to market, but none more important than value, authority, market, and custody. These are all things we focused on developing in a single platform for our customers. Really being the institutional player, if you think of digital assets, they have been around. Digital exchanges, they are everywhere. What is special about ours is that we really focused on being the American enterprise player, the player, the reference, the international reference, the patented, freedom to operate being really important to the foundations of the company.

Our capabilities now, second to none, are really focused on regulatory compliant digital assets and focused on the largest markets in the world with respect to that. Previous presenter was a company called DataMed. We own 40% of the company, and we have a number of assets in play there, including a license to our technology within the medical field. We have been successful in licensing our technology to bourgeoning companies and established companies that want to use our systems in a white label or on their own. The ability to value assets, to prove that the assets exist, that they are owned by the person that is meant to own them, and that that person has the right to sell them, ultimately the ability to prove out the asset. Value, prove, list the asset on our exchanges. We built an exchange, a relationship with the Nasdaq.

We have a special relationship where we have taken a license to the Nasdaq Financial Framework, which gives us the most trusted platform in the world in terms of matching and trading digital assets. We have second to none infrastructure with our partners at Nasdaq and patented technology around a co-owned patent portfolio that we share with Nasdaq Stockholm, Sweden. We have also been able to create a system that you can hold assets within our platform. We bought a company called BankWyse. We are in the process of buying them. Going through the regulatory approvals of obtaining that Wyoming-based bank. That bank will allow us obviously to take custody or have our customer take custody of digital assets. Also allows us to manage RWA and NIL, name, image, and likeness assets for our clients.

Really one system, one set of technologies that allows you to value an asset, allows you to attest to the asset in terms of its ownership, allows you to tokenize the asset. We can tokenize on the fly to any chain. We are compatible with Solana, XRP, Ethereum, Bit. We have the ability to make a digital asset tokenized on behalf of our clients in any blockchain. We also are agnostic to AI. We use watsonx.ai as a watchdog and as a foundational of our governance models because we really trust that system and it has become trusted enterprise-wide. We are able though to use any AI platform within our system. We also focused on custody with respect to the ability to hold digital assets. We obviously have our BankWyse solution, our exchange, which I mentioned, the Nasdaq.

On the edge, we really realized that to have digital assets and be successful in digital asset management and control, you need to have edge computing. We invested heavily, $130 million into an edge computing network. That edge computing network ended up being a very strong bet that we made on a company called Available Networks. Available has expanded their network footprint. We are in a number of enterprise contracts. We announced today that we got a purchase order for $100 million in services that we intend to recognize this quarter. It puts us on a track to continue to get POs into our system, which will explode our revenue, and allow us to achieve our revenue guidance for the year but also bring us into next year heavily with customers and revenues and pipeline lined up to support us moving forward.

So, destination market, we really focused on the best market. If you look at our patents, right place, right time. Never in my career have I had patents so well-placed and well-timed. It is a testament to our intellectual property team, some of our inventors, and the people that had foresight to see this thing long before tokens were where they are today. We had a patented approach of really looking at why our system would be the enterprise choice for all clientele moving forward. Our timing is really now. As I mentioned, NYIAX is inside, so matching settlement and patents and commercial infrastructure on the most trusted brand name in the space. Ability to trade digital assets like you would stocks or bonds. The ability to create them in a platform that is trusted, that has the ability to clear. We have Fiserv, which we announced alongside of Nasdaq.

We have Fiserv, which allows you to toggle from digital assets to cash, also connect your bank account to Datavault AI all through Fiserv. NYIAX, Fiserv, Nasdaq, big progress. Also, we acquired a company called CyberCatch, or we are in the process of acquiring pending approvals. We have also acquired BankWyse. CyberCatch gives us the ability to secure everything outside of our sanctum, everything outside of our edge computing that we want to secure, we are able to secure through CyberCatch. That is a platform technology that allows you to look at all of your digital assets and know how well you have secured them, if they are secure enough to be tokenized and sold on your behalf. Largely, if you are leaking out the back door, we cannot monetize at the front door. Cybersecurity, we believe becomes a quintessential issue for all companies.

The quantum leap and Q-day is upon us. You are going to see a huge surge in this space. Datavault AI by name is really well-positioned for the Q-day and quantum readiness. We have a number of unique strategies around these two assets and how they interplay and work together. But at the end of the day, it is securitizing your digital assets and having a place to store them in custody at our bank. The bank gives us a lot of other advantages. If you look toe to toe, really we are there with Kraken. We have everything except for the users and volume, and that comes next really. If you look at NYIAX. Sorry, that went the wrong way. It went the wrong way again. So there we go. Sorry. Okay. The computing layer with Available, as I mentioned, so this is a big initiative.

Available Networks, 3,000 nodes planned at the edge. This is an entirely planned out network. We have up and running the facilities in Philadelphia, which is primary, and backed up to New York. We have D.C., Atlanta, L.A., and about seven other sites that are turned up and another 30 under construction. The PO that we received today is actually to continue to build these nodes and provide infrastructure. The beauty of this is that our process is completed at the time we deliver the coins to our customer. When we receive this PO today, we are able to deliver the coins and recognize our revenue because of the fact that we have delivered our services. There is a tail behind each coin, so there is a percentage that we are owed on every tick of the trade or as that asset lives on.

We have a monetization strategy behind each and every asset. We have also, in this case, become the tokenomics or the front end to America's fourth network. You are familiar with Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T, but there is a fourth network coming. It is called Available. This is going to be AI and super compute. It is the fourth network of America. It is just as big node to node. It will be on par with T-Mobile. The idea here is that quantum ready, quantum secure infrastructure is now available through Available Networks and Datavault. It is the $QEST coin that gives you access. It is the POs that drive our revenue, and we have now the ability to showcase this on our exchange, which is the Information Data Exchange. So big revenue here. We have a revenue share agreement.

This allows us to participate in really the quantum readiness of America, allows us to be part of some of the biggest infrastructure projects in the country, aligns us with some big clientele and infrastructure players that need our systems for sustainability, meaning the Datavault and the DataScore and data monetization are a big part of how these networks stay up and stay available. So we have a huge infrastructure play. It is our largest client at the moment. We have a number of blue-chip clients that need that edge compute and infrastructure. This is the solution to the American conundrum around the building of data centers that have taken water and power from cities that reject it and mayors that have stopped it. The edge is the solution. So we bring super compute to the edge. We bet on this a year and a half ago.

Our bet is paying off. We have a huge return because we are at right place, right time, both with our patented technology as well as the play around cyber secure, quantum-ready AI super compute. That is our focus there. As we speak, we have three very exciting platforms that we have up and running. Our Information Data Exchange, which allows us to trade data for cash. It allows any company to sign up for an account, identify their data assets, value score them, tokenize them, and sell them. Turn data from a cost center to a revenue. This is the big mission of Datavault . This is the end game. Information Data Exchange. The $QEST coin is super compute on the IDE. That is how we made all our money.

The idea is that the Information Data Exchange can exchange everything from compute, AI, farming data, pharmacy data, all the data that we are pulling from real estate, all the data we are pulling from surveillance systems. We are making deals at the top of those markets. The top surveillance players, the top real estate players, the top players across the board. We own the patents for tokenomics in America. This is where you come to get enterprise-level tokenomics. This is where you go to trade on the Nasdaq digital assets. The Information Data Exchange, NIL Exchange, is about every human. You hear a lot about rare earth and RWA, and its incredible value in tokenomics and how we can tokenize it. Of course, we can. NIL is every human being. Everybody in this room has name, image, and likeness. You all have a unique one.

You all have your own. You can monetize it same way you would with data. It is just another data asset that you have. The sound of your voice, the look of your face, the way that you talk, the way that you walk. All of the things that you have in your possession, in your body. The idea here is that you could walk in buck naked into your church and give a donation by saying words. The idea that you have nothing on you, no value on you but your voice, and you could create value as a human being. That is the NIL Exchange, NIL Vault. We are working with athletes all over the world. Tyson Fury is our spokesperson. We have a number of professional athletes and scholars, and other groups coming on board with our NIL Vault. That is the kid in robotics.

It is the kid that is a leader in mathematics, poetry. All these things can be monetized now at the NIL Vault. It is a unique American solution. Also solve for politics, all the direct to consumer, direct constituent to candidate, investments in the campaigns. My father was a politician. I used to wear out my hands putting up his yard signs. He lost 3x when I was in junior high and then ran 18 x uncontested. I know the political space from that experience as a child. He used to tell me he looked at people like ATMs sometimes in his district because he had to withdraw the capital.

The idea was to create a solution here with tokens, allow politicians to get direct investment over token, not give so much to parasite middlemen, but have a direct relationship and also a beacon, a call-out that you can make in token around your constituents. So huge solutions around that. Also, Stolen Valor and some other things we are doing there. Where are we? Okay. Last point to make. That is how we are going to get revenue. Here, so bunch of players make up our stack. So multibillion-dollar stack of technology. I mentioned Fiserv. I did not mention CLEAR on the front end. CLEAR allows us to get extremely good KYC, know your customer, from every seller, every buyer. We are also partnered with a company called Trulioo that lets us do that internationally. Fiserv, clearing, crypto to cash.

IBM Watson is value and score available as edge infrastructure. NYIAX is trading on the Nasdaq. Houlihan Lokey keeps it all straight, so they're giving us guidance on accounting and legal. Really huge progress in booking of accounts. $100 million of that just dropped today in terms of cash. We have access to cash coming through these sales. The sales that we've lined up are lined out here. We have $2.5 billion in tokenized tokenized assets on board. We have a number of token categories that we address, mining, minerals, real estate, IP royalties, legal settlements, and energy. I'll just speak to a couple of these. Legal settlements, the ability to not be the plaintiff, not be the defendant, but buy a stake in a case, replacing really litigation finance.

People like Fortress don't like that product, but it allows a law firm to set their own terms and mint a coin, and allow the justice to prevail, rather than all of it getting sucked out by the parasites again. Tokens allow us to eliminate middlemen and allow us to move direct to constituency. We also have some unique assets coming on around the sports entertainment space, around NIL, the ability to take a whole catalog. We call it the catalog coin. You can tokenize an entire catalog. Famously, The Beatles sold their catalog to Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson sold it again. But the idea that entire catalogs from lesser-known bands, from bands that are middle-tier or lower-tier, can literally tokenize their catalogs and sell it to the fans. Unique assets you've never seen before in a digital asset. We're focused on exciting new assets.

Real estate, a neighborhood will pitch together and turn the Holiday Inn down the street to a Westin and improve the values of the entire neighborhood. These types of concepts that we can bring to the marketplace that no one's ever seen before. That's what we use that team of technologies to do, is to drive this value. We're reiterating our target. We got half of it in one PO. If you don't believe me, wait for the Qs and Ks, that's fine. But with respect to what we're bringing, we have a number of unique revenue streams that are paying out here. It's a 200 target. We reiterate, we have IP licensing that gets us there, tokenization services, and acoustic accounts. We have a big announcement with respect to our use of inaudible tones and technologies for venues, API Media.

Those are a list of contracts we've already closed and already delivered on. To the right there is a pipeline of contracts that we're currently working on for this and next year around some of the largest events and venues and events in our country that'll be going through our system. With that, I'm out of time, but that's how we make the money. I think the rest of this is just really about our structure and stack. We've disclosed our funding sources. This is how we have incoming monies into the company. This is how we drive our cash through the sale of our product. I'm excited about the future. Things are looking awesome at Datavault, and we have a number of reasons to be excited. That's all for my prepared remarks.
