Good morning. I would like to call this annual meeting to order. I will serve as chair of today's meeting, and Joseph S. Koscinski will serve as secretary. Cassie Moran of PricewaterhouseCoopers, our independent public accounting firm, also is in attendance. Joe, please report on the mailing of the notice of this meeting and the stockholders in total entitled to vote.
Good morning. Our mailing agent affirms that the notice of this meeting, the proxy statement, a proxy card, and our 2025 annual report were sent to all stockholders of record as of April 13, 2026. Michael Barbera has been appointed to serve as the Inspector of Election for this meeting, and he reports that holders of common stock representing a majority of the votes entitled to be cast at this meeting are present either in person or by proxy. Therefore, proper notice of this meeting has been given and a quorum is present.
Stockholders at today's meeting are being asked to vote on 3 proposals. The first is to elect Bryan K. Brown, Kurt J. Bitting, David A. Bradley, Kevin M. Fogarty, and Patty Humble as Class 1 directors for a term of 1 year. No other director nominations have been properly made, so the nominations for Class 1 directors are closed. The second proposal is a stockholder advisory vote to approve the compensation paid to our named executive officers. The third proposal is to ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. Because no stockholder gave notice of an intent to nominate directors or propose other business at this meeting in accordance with the company's bylaws, this concludes the time for the presentation of nominations and proposals.
I hereby call the question and declare the polls open to vote on the proposals. I now declare the polls closed. Joe, please report the results of the votes.
According to the Inspector of Election, the pre-preliminary results are that all Class 1 director nominees were elected, our Say on Pay advisory vote was approved, and the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2026 has been ratified. We will report the results in a filing with the SEC on Form 8-K.
Thank you, Joe. The business of the meeting is now complete. Since there are no other matters to come before the meeting, it is now concluded.
Ladies and gentlemen, this concludes today's meeting. You may now disconnect.
