Welcome everyone. My name is Matthias Aydt, Global CEO of Faraday Future. Thank you for joining me today, and thank you for being with FF through this new journey in the Middle East. But first, I want to welcome many distinguished guests that have joined us today, including members of the royal family, government officials, entrepreneurs, local media, and FF partners. Welcome again. We wouldn't be here today without all of your support. Thank you. I realize that many of you in the audience are new to FF, so I want to spend some time introducing you to the company, along with our products and technologies.
Before I talk to you about these points, I want to walk you through something equally important, our philosophical foundation and our history, because I believe these are important to understand why we do what we do and how we've come since the genesis of our company, including our holistic approach to the EV business. At the beginning of all, just nine years ago, Faraday Future was founded with the pure intent of delivering a new species of mobility to our users. We got to start from a clean slate, not burdened by decades-old processes and technology, like many legacy automakers. The company was founded in 2014 by YT Jia, who serves as our Chief Product and User Ecosystem Officer today. In 2015, we launched our first mule car.
In 2016, we debuted the FFZERO 1 at the CES. 2017 was a busy year for the company. We launched the FF 91 at the CES. The FF 91 achieved in the middle of the year, a Pikes Peak production EV record that was 23 seconds faster than a Tesla Model S. We signed the lease for our Hanford manufacturing facility, a 1 million sq ft facility in the middle of California, that now houses all of our manufacturing. For the vehicles we closed, also the Series A financing. In 2018, the Hanford factory was pre-production capable already, and FF unveiled its first pre-production FF 91. In 2019, we continued to build out additional gamma vehicles and formed FF Global Partners, a partnership of senior management.
In 2020, COVID hit, but we continued to work. It was also then we started on our path to becoming a public listed company. In July 2021, Faraday Future became a publicly listed company on NASDAQ. In 2022, we unveiled the first production intent vehicle of the FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance. Then in August of this year, homologation was fully completed, and we got the go ahead to move into phase II delivery and handed over the keys of the very first FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance to our co-creation partner. Since then, we have continued to sign up new partners and delivered additional vehicles. So where are we now? FF is an American company founded by a Chinese entrepreneur. So we have the unique U.S. and China dual home strategy....
FF is not just an EV company, but also a software-driven AI and internet company. Ultimately, FF aims to become a user company. By offering a shared intelligent mobility ecosystem, we have 660 patents filed or issued. We have a vehicle that passed all regulatory requirements. We are building our brand and influence through co-creation, and improve the product through our co-creation efforts. We are now a revenue-generating company, and our first vehicles are running on the roads of California. The FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance is a culmination of nine years of hard work and dedication by the team, and approximately $3 billion have been invested in building this innovative product. We call the FF 91 Futurist a new species.
It is an All-Ability vehicle with the performance of a sports car, the luxury of a sedan, and the terrain handling of an SUV, and all of this is fitted with the latest technology from infotainment to AI handling. Faraday's core strategy initiatives are as follows: Besides doing our homework by shifting the company from a program development and engineering operation to a continuous manufacturing and delivery operation, reducing and adjusting the cost structures to reflect the near-term focus of the company, actively managing operating costs and general and administrative expenses, and focusing on improving company-wide efficiencies, we focus on cash flow break-even and the next growth steps. But besides all of that, we are also actively looking to expand our market presence into tech luxury markets in the U.S. and globally with volumes adequate to these markets.
We continuously enhance our product and technology to maintain a unique leading position in the market. Now, a bit more on our founder, YT. YT Jia, he's a trailblazer and revolutionary of the internet ecosystem model and intelligent mobility model. He's a forward-thinking, world-class strategist and a serial entrepreneur who excels in cross-boundary innovation, in disruptive product and technology through breaking boundaries and creating ecosystem chemistry. YT has successfully built a global user ecosystem that attracted nearly 1 billion users. He founded three listed companies in China, Singapore, and the United States of America. You may have heard us use the term Co-creation in the past. It is a pillar of our brand, something we take very seriously here at FF. Now, I would like to introduce what FF Co-creation is, and why Co-creation is so valuable to Faraday Future.
FF Co-creation is an open platform where users partner with the company, but co-creation is more than just a partnership. It's an embodiment of our spirit to place our users at the center of everything we do. This strategy provides a competitive edge in the fast-paced EV market, ensuring that our vehicles aren't just technologically advanced, but also deeply aligned with the evolving desires and needs of our target audience. What FF offers to co-creators is we are providing an FF 91 vehicle as a platform, and we share benefits and resources to co-creators for user creation or co-creation efforts. We have begun this process of adding industry leaders and partnering with high-profile celebrities like Chris Brown, Derek Bell, Romain Dumas, and Jason Oppenheim as FF users and co-creation officers.
We are focused on developing a star map of early adopters and shape the brand in various audiences: racing, entertainment, luxury goods, entrepreneurs, and sports. Since August 2023, we have delivered FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance vehicles to the developer co-creation officers, including Chris Brown. He's known as the King of R&B. He's an American singer, songwriter, rapper, dancer, and actor. One of the most successful R&B singers of all time. He sets up FF 91 2.0 as an ideal car for world-class celebrities. He has also been invited as a guest performer during the Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. I think he's performing tonight. Jason Oppenheim, he is the lead actor of the number one Netflix show, Selling Sunset, and the founder of the luxury real estate brokerage, The O Group.
Jason positions FF 91 2.0 for another target owner profile: ultra-luxury real estate owners. Justin Bell and Derek Bell. Justin, a world champion Le Mans racer. Derek, his father, five-time 24 hours Le Mans winner and racing legend. Both of them position FF 91 2.0 prominently at key target market segment, luxury racing community.

FF further launched All Hyper Global Racetrack Conqueror Plan during Pebble Beach in 2023. This program started to stretch the limits of traditional vehicle performance by targeting track records around the globe. We are planning to take on the world's most famous racetracks one by one: Nürburgring Nordschleife, Le Mans, Silverstone, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Yas Marina Circuit, and others. We are planning to build the FF All Hyper Racing team together with world champion racers like Justin Bell, Derek Bell, and Romain Dumas, leading automotive engineering experts, top AI scientists, leaders of premier automotive modification facilities, and celebrities.
Watch me go, go. Never slow, slow. Make 'em whoa, whoa. Watch me go, go, go. Ready, set, go! Running in the fast lane. Pulling with the hit squad. Shining like gold. Tear up the road. Lighting up the runway. Electric like go. Wheels like thunder, cut like ninja. Can't match my speed, I'm no heat, set on fire. Vroom, vroom, rev it. Tires sweating. Winning this race, going for the chase, never second. Go! Go.
From the beginning, the FF 91 was developed to be an all-in-one vehicle. We have accomplished this through our 6x4 architecture. The architecture has four technology systems: All AI, All Hyper, All- Ability, and Co-creation. It's based on 6 technology platforms: FF OpenApp, FF aiOS 2, FF ai Hardware 2.0, FF Mechanical, FF Cloud, and FF IE. Together in FF 91, these systems and platforms develop the ultimate experience to our users. 6x4 architecture refers to the vertical integration and horizontal penetration of FF's 6 technology platforms and four technology systems. The four technologies are referred to as Magic All-in-One, Hyper Multi-vectoring, 3rd ai Space, FF ai Driving. It combines a hypercar performance with sedan comfort and SUV all-terrain capabilities. Each direction of the vehicle movement is controlled. This is unique in the market.
It combines your convenience of at home with your business capabilities in the office, and it provides this functionality in the car at all time. The FF aiD riving is enabled by three pillars: a world-class sensor suite, powerful computing platform, in-house software development enabled by AI technologies, and a big data to pipeline. The 6 platforms are the foundation. These platforms will continuously improve via internal strategies and with our co-creation partners. Our AI strategy encompasses three key levels: General AI, personal AI, and most likely the most interesting, a one-on-one bespoke private AI to align with the ongoing AI revolution. This technological revolution is driven by large language model, and the tool chain. They rely on such as general models, special models, private knowledge bases, ethics and safety supervision. The advent of new technologies and development paradigms call up the new co-creation.
We are building an AI platform that allows application developers to conveniently use a rich number of models and tool chains, providing model developers with stable and reliable deployment and computing resources. More importantly, the FF Agent development assistant will help users turn their ideas into reality through conversational interaction. This will greatly enrich our AI ecosystem and innovative capabilities. Now, let me introduce our FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance. We call it All- Ability AI Hypercar. Features: battery pack energy is 142 kWh. That means you can drive the car 381 mi, which is comparable with an NEDC range of round about 700 km or more. We have a tri-motor configuration, which delivers 1,050 horsepower. The car accelerates from zero- 60 in 2.27 seconds.
It has a 27-inch rear display, which can be used for Zoom meetings, for work, for entertainment. You ask for it, you can have it. Zero gravity seats to enjoy the 27-inch rear display, provide a spa mode and an industry maximum recline angle of 60 degrees. It's coming close to an old business class configuration. The next one, FF ai Pal, our latest add to the product, is the first generative AI product in a mobility ecosystem. Our Super AP 5G 3x modem, together with a 10G in-vehicle network, provides the right level of connectivity. Enabling the performance, we are using two Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chips, and we have a world-class sensor suite. We're using a powerful compute platform for autonomous driving and AI composites with NVIDIA Drive Orin.
We are prioritizing, directing our resources and energy towards disruptive technology, product and user ecosystem innovation, which is to create the ultimate AI tech luxury and time luxury. We believe that the time is the ultimate luxury for Spire Users. We focus on higher time value and efficiencies through the adoption of AI. These priorities were a crucial foundation for our new silicon-based species, All- Ability AI Hypercar, the FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance. ... That's the end of introducing FF. Now we are coming to the question: why are we here? Why is he talking so long about all that stuff?
So, well, I'm extremely happy to announce today that we plan to formally enter into the Middle East market, including the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with the Master Investment Group and Siraj Holdings LLC, which reinforces our dedication to the market entry into the region. We believe this cooperation agreement will help to facilitate the launch of the FF brand and products in the region in 2024. Being successful and recognized in this region will be a true testimony to our ultimate AI tech luxury product. We plan to set up the FF Middle East physical presence as well. In the meantime, we will start the product homologation process to enter the Middle East market, and we are exploring additional ways to establish our product as soon as possible.
We will follow a similar strategy we have used in our U.S. home market to start with co-creation to help us tailor the product we plan to offer in the region. In addition to this cooperation, we have plans to launch a special edition, the FF 91 2.0 Futurist AI Falcon. The FF 91 2.0 AI Falcon will be a result of co-creation with selected individuals to tailor it to the interpretation of ultimate AI tech luxury of this region and its rich cultural background. In addition to today's announcement, the FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance will appear at the world-renowned Abu Dhabi Yas Marina Circuit from November 24th to 26th. This FF 91 Futurist AI, AI Falcon model will be limited units.
It will be available with exclusive colors and wheel design and a unique FF 91 2.0 Futurist AI Falcon pre-package. The FF 91 2.0 Futurist AI Falcon comes standard with ultimate connectivity via Super AP 5G x 3, premium identity features such as UAE gold crystal badges, and an exclusive invitation to the FF Spire Club. The AI Falcon model will also come with free maintenance and will be offered with upgrade options such as carbon ceramic brake kits and aerodynamic kits, racing-style wheels. The Middle East market presents exciting opportunities for smart and autonomous vehicles and is well aligned with FF product technology and brand positioning. We look forward to conducting many future events and collaborations in the Middle East.
Special in the AI Falcon edition, we are offering limited bespoke paint colors, limited bespoke interior trims, limited bespoke appearance packages, and AI Falcon exclusive rear cabin. My name is Jerry Wang. I am the president of FF Global Partners, the founding shareholder of FFIE. It's very exciting to be able to support FF to establish its operation and strategy in UAE, and be able to bring the best, intelligent, and electric vehicle product and technology to the Middle East market. I personally admire UAE's development very much for the past 52 years. There is a very clear vision, but equally important, there is a very, very strong dedication to execute such vision. So it's our great honor to have an opportunity to make a contribution to such vision, but also to UAE and Abu Dhabi's technology and economic development.
