It is now 12:0:5 pm Eastern Time, and I would like to call our 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholder to order. This year's annual meeting is a unique one for Genpact as it is the first time we are holding our annual shareholders meeting virtually, which we are doing because of the COVID-nineteen crisis. All of Genpact's Director nominees, in addition to our Board Chairman, Bob Scott, who is not standing for reelection today, are in attendance virtually at today's meeting. Before we get to the formal business of the meeting, I would like to thank Bob for his outstanding guidance, wisdom and support over the past 9 years as the Chairman of our Board and is nearly 15 years of dedicated service to Genpact as a Director. Thank you, Bob. I would also like to introduce Eric Fitzpatrick, Genpact's Chief Financial Officer and Heather White, Genpact's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.
Ms. White will be serving as the Inspector of Elections for today's meeting. Many other members of our senior management team have also joined the meeting. At this time, I'd like to turn the meeting over to Ms. Wright to conduct our formal business.
