It operates in three segments: Tax Free Shopping (TFS), Payments, and Post-Purchase Solutions (PPS). Tax Free Shopping is a value-added tax (VAT) refund service that allows eligible shoppers to reclaim VAT on goods purchased outside their home country.
It also offers intelligence and marketing services to merchants, providing them with multiple channels and services to better target travelers.
The Payments services enable customers to pay in their preferred currency, whether it is their home or destination currency, at the point of sale (POS) when shopping outside their home country.
It also provides currency conversion services for POS, e-commerce returns solutions, dynamic currency conversion (DCC) services, DCC services at automated teller machines, and multi-currency processing services for online retailers.
Post-Purchase Solutions include ZigZag, a technology platform that fully digitalizes the e-commerce returns experience and enhances the process for both retailers and consumers; ShipUp, a post-purchase engagement solution for online purchases that enables brands to deliver seamless, proactive, and branded post-purchase communication; and Yocuda, which allows retailers to send digital receipts to their customers.
