Good day everyone. Welcome to the 2026 Structure Therapeutics Annual Meeting. I'll turn the call over to your host, Chairman Daniel Welch. Please go ahead, sir.

Daniel Welch
Chairman of the Board, Structure Therapeutics

Thank you, operator. Good morning. My name is Daniel Welch. I'm the chairman of the board of Structure Therapeutics. Very happy to welcome you to Structure Therapeutics 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. I want to thank you all for taking the time to join us today. The meeting will now officially come to order. The time is now 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time on June 17th, 2026. The polls are now open for voting on all matters to be presented. At this time, let me take the opportunity to introduce you to the members of the Structure Therapeutics board in attendance. In addition to myself, they are Raymond Stevens, Chief Executive Officer of the company, Eric Dobmeier, Angus Russell, Sharon Tetlow, and Joanne Waldstreicher, all members of the board. I'd like to thank our board members for their dedication and willingness to serve.

Matthew Lang, our Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, is also present and will act as Secretary for this meeting. We're also joined by Jun Yoon, our Chief Financial Officer. I'd also like to introduce Carole Mu Si Yan of Ernst & Young LLP, the company's independent registered public accounting firm, and Patrick Loofbourrow of Cooley LLP, the company's outside legal counsel, who are also in attendance virtually and available to respond to appropriate questions as needed. With that, let me turn the meeting over to Matt for the formal business of the meeting. Matt?

Matthew Lang
COO and General Counsel, Structure Therapeutics

Thank you, Dan. Good morning everyone. As a reminder, if you have not previously voted your ordinary shares, you may vote online prior to the closing of the polls. The polls will be closed for voting after I go through each of the proposals to be voted on. We will take questions related to this meeting or the proposals once all proposals have been presented before we close the polls, after which we will announce the preliminary results of the voting. To ask a question, click on the Ask a Question prompt on your screen to submit your question online. Please submit your questions now to make sure they are received in a timely fashion for our review and response. After the formal part of our meeting has concluded, Dr. Raymond Stevens, our Chief Executive Officer, will provide an overview of the company's business activities.

The rules of conduct for this meeting are located on the lower left-hand side of the meeting page. In order to conduct an orderly meeting, we ask that you please follow these rules. Now we'll move to the formal business. I have an affidavit certifying that on April 23rd, 2026, Broadridge commenced mailing notice of this annual general meeting to shareholders of record as of 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time on April 20th, 2026. John Merva, a representative from American Election Services, in association with Broadridge, is acting as Inspector of Elections and is present online. John has taken and subscribed the customary oath of office to execute his duties with strict impartiality.

As Inspector of Elections, John has reported that more than one-third of all votes attaching to all ordinary shares in issue and entitled to vote at this meeting are present or represented by proxy, including ordinary shares represented by ADSs. Therefore, we have a quorum, and we may proceed. There are three proposals to be considered today. Proposal 1, to elect Ted Love, Raymond Stevens, and Daniel Welch, the Board's three nominees for Class III Director, to hold office until the 2029 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and their successors are duly elected and qualified, or until their earlier death, resignation, or removal. Proposal 2, to ratify the appointment by the Audit Committee of the Board of Ernst & Young LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2026.

Proposal 3, to approve on an advisory basis the compensation of our named executive officers as disclosed in the proxy statement. That was the final proposal for today's meeting. We will now review if there are any questions submitted about the proposals before we close the polls. As a reminder, we will only review and answer questions at this time that pertain to the proposals. Our records show that no questions have been submitted. There being no questions, the time is now 9:06 A.M. Pacific Time, and the polls are now closed for voting. John, as Inspector of Elections, has provided us with preliminary results and confirmed that we have received the necessary votes required to pass each of the proposals. The final vote results of voting will be reported on Form 8-K filed with the SEC.

With that, let me turn the meeting over to Ray, who will provide a corporate overview of the company's business activities.

Raymond Stevens
CEO, Structure Therapeutics

Thank you, Matt. As with most presentations, the following discussion contains forward-looking statements, and our actual results may differ materially from those discussed here. Additional information concerning factors that could cause such a difference can be found in the Risk Factor section of our quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31st, 2026. Slide 4. We created Structure Therapeutics 10 years ago to provide patients with more accessible and affordable chronic disease medicines using our structure-based drug discovery platform. We are optimizing for efficacy and safety, but also manufacturing and combinability. Slide 5. It is anticipated that by 2030, more than 3 billion people, close to half the world's population, will be overweight. We designed and created two backbone molecules as part of our chronic weight management portfolio.

Aleniglipron, our potentially best-in-class oral GLP-1 aleniglipron, showing the most weight loss for an oral pill, will start phase III next quarter, and our amylin, ACCG-2671, will start phase II-A also next quarter. Slide 6. Structure is uniquely positioned with not only our two backbone molecules, aleniglipron and ACCG-2671, but the combination of these two molecules will start phase I clinical trials in Q4. Additional combinations are being formed as part of our portfolio lifecycle management. Structure is uniquely positioned with a broad portfolio of oral medicines for this important class. Slide 7. 2026 is a transformational year for Structure Therapeutics. We have already released strong data in March of this year, with additional data readouts in both Q3 and Q4 of 2026.

Slide 8. We have shown potentially best-in-class efficacy with up to 16% weight loss at 56 weeks with our 120 mg dose and 16% weight loss at 44 weeks with our 180 mg dose, with no signs of plateauing. Slide 9. I'm also incredibly proud of the clinical trial execution by our clinical team, conducting more phase II studies with an oral GLP-1 pill, once-a-day pill, than anyone else we are aware of and showing tremendous consistency between all clinical trials. Our phase II-B ACCESS study was published June 5th in the top peer-reviewed journal, "Nature Medicine," and presented at the recent American Diabetes Association meeting in New Orleans earlier this month by Dr. Julio Rosenstock.

Slide 10. We have $1.5 billion in capital to work with that takes us through the completion of our phase III aleniglipron registrational study, our 12-week phase II-A amylin study, and continuing to build our portfolio of medicines for chronic weight management and making these medicines more accessible to all. We have multiple catalysts in the second half of 2026 that we're looking forward to sharing as the data becomes available. Thank you all for your continued support. There is no other business to be conducted, this meeting is now adjourned. Thank you again for your attendance at today's meeting and for your continued support of Structure Therapeutics.
