As President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, I hereby call the annual meeting of stockholders to order. I have been informed that a quorum is present, we will now proceed to the formal business of the meeting. There are three proposals to be acted on at the meeting, which are set forth in the company's proxy statement delivered to stockholders in connection with this meeting. These proposals relate to, one, the election of directors, two, a non-binding advisory vote on the compensation of the company's named executive officers, and three, the ratification of the company's auditor for 2026. I now declare the polls open for a vote of the stockholders on these matters. The record will reflect the receipt of the master ballot pursuant to which all shares for which proxies were returned to the company were voted in accordance with the instructions received.
I now declare the polls closed on these matters. There being no further business to come before this meeting, I hereby declare the meeting adjourned.
