Hello, everyone. Thank you for coming to H.C. Wainwright's 28th Annual Global Investment Conference. I am thrilled to introduce Oren Elkayam of Mobilicom, the CEO.

Oren Elkayam
CEO, Mobilicom

Hi. Thank you for coming and joining us. For those of you that are not familiar with Mobilicom, we will start by presenting why Mobilicom, but I will start maybe with a short, brief introduction of my background. I was born and raised in Israel. I was lucky to be accepted into a unique program that you do your engineering school, then you are going to the Israeli West Point officer school, and then injected into elite R&D programs together with my co-founder. He was in the Israeli R&D center, and I was part of the Israeli Air Force. We did the first integration and incubation of drones into service.

If you take Mobilicom position, and as I said that we are dealing with cybersecurity, drones or robots, and autonomy, it is actually where we came from many years ago, and we have great ties into the government, both in U.S. Came with a big background of capabilities from ourselves and the teams that generated the success of what we have built in the company so far. About Mobilicom, what do we do? We are doing the critical elements that are inside the drones, of the drones or robots that are going for commercial as well as defense applications. Those are the elements that allow them to operate, allow them to communicate, allow them to safeguard themselves against different kind of threats, providing the cybersecurity, the software, and the hardware elements, which are the core of the robots and drone that we see today in service.

We are actually providing solution, I think that from two factors. One is cybersecurity. Early in the process, we understood that cybersecurity is going to be the critical factor for robots, drones, and autonomous, and on those AI-enabled platform that can make decision by themself, that could be very dangerous. Cybersecurity is something that we invested heavily on, and I was part of the standardization body in U.S. We were part of the influencing and discussing with senators and congressmen about influencing the process in America, and we are gladly seeing that the standards were released and Mobilicom is a solution which is based on the standard. I think the first, and currently the sense that it was just released in America.

The second differentiation and position of Mobilicom, which is unique, is that we are one-stop shop, bringing all the critical elements for drones or robotics manufacturers, which you don't see by others, and that give us a unique position. We already have blue-chip companies working with us. You can see some of the names of the large organizations, from the government in U.S. and Israeli Ministry of Defense, as well as the biggest tier one players in America, Israel, and us, and that's great credibility because they validated the technology. They are using that in their platform, and they are actually selling their solution based on Mobilicom.

We have one proud moment, is that currently from the tier one, the biggest players that are producing like that, we already have nine design wins off into their platform, which is a very big number translated to mass production that will ramp up significantly the success of the company based on revenue. We are traded with the MOB ticker on the Nasdaq, but we also have a traded warrant, MOBBW over there. What do we do? We are doing two part of solutions. We started by doing critical hardware solutions, like the communication devices, the networking devices, the control devices. Those are families of product which are essential pieces of the drones robotics, by the way, drone system. And then on those, we are making roughly between 50%-60% gross margin, which is very steep gross margin on those segments.

And on the top. And cybersecurity solution, which are license-based. Hello, thank you for joining. So those are software and that we are licensing, and the new solutions are starting to get in. So, you see the electronic warfare, our resistance solution that will help you overcome and operate in Ukraine or the Middle East, where there is jamming, interception and so forth. And the cybersecurity that is making the platform, the AI platform of those drones and autonomous platforms, safe and secure to open and groundbreaking technology. This segment is doing 80%-90% gross margin. So, as we elevate from here to more cross-selling of that, the company in general will make much higher profitability and gross margin. And here is one of the item that we discussed is the end-to-end offering.

Mental that there are hundreds of pieces inside, but anywhere between 8-10 systems are about 80% of the drone value. Much like your car, that there is few systems inside that are catering for the majority of the cost. We already own the technology solutions and sells into the red elements, which are significant portion of the drones or robotic system value. We aim to expand to one or two additional elements and get to up to 60% of the system value. Why we do that? We believe that as drones, robots, autonomous platform will get into fast cycles of innovation and replacement, as we are getting there because of the mass deployment, the partners that make those drones platform or robotics will need to change generation every 12-18 months.

They need a partner that can scale with them, getting multiple elements, the entire stack or some of the stack from one partner, release them from that investment, give them a solution which is much better in performance and short time to market for them, which is critical factor as the market become more and more mature. That is why we are there, and that is one of our unique positions. Obviously, if you are here, you are believing in the drones or robots market. But as I said, Mobilicom is drones or robotics, which is one part. Second is cybersecurity for those autonomous platform, and third is AI autonomy, and this is actually what Mobilicom does. You can see that the market is growing significantly in those sectors, and that is part of the reason that we are focusing on those commercial as well as the defense.

Although right now, majority of the revenue is made from the defense, but we believe that the commercial will be much bigger and expanding faster while it will start. I think that position-wise, we are platform agnostic, so we can sell to different players. We usually love solutions that we can cross-sell to different platforms, different vendors, and then cross-sell and sell the entire suite. Then I think that we have the unique leadership on the cybersecurity, that as it will get into mandates stage in America, which we believe it is around late 2027, will bring a big scalability of our cybersecurity sales business. What are the drivers that will drive Mobilicom growth over the next quarters? First and foremost, they already worked with for the last several years are shifting to production.

As they are winning more deployments, producing more of their platform, they need more from us, and that is part of the things. You can see examples of deals that we have done with those that are scaling, and we anticipate that they will have more of those. Second is winning additional tier one platforms, which we have and announced recently more platforms of tier ones that we won. Third is trending into additional platforms so we can cross-sell solutions. We start with selling one part, but we cross-sell the cyber and software on top of that. By that, we achieve two goals. One is making more revenue per platform from each one of the customers, usually with higher gross margin, which is great. Then the second thing is we are locking the customers.

If you have one, two, three elements from Mobilicom, then the customer is the switching cost is higher, so definitely you have a long-term partnership and customer base. Last, which is important for our growth, is the cybersecurity with the groundbreaking solution that we released to the market. That thing, I think, is important position for a very lucrative market opportunity. We see the revenue shift from the stages of winning customers or discussing with customers is first on the left side to actual certification and then after that initial deployment and then mass production ramp up, and then eventually cross-selling additional solution to the same customers that expand our revenue for our customer. We see that we have different customers already divided across those. So, we have five in the R&D designing phase.

We already have three tier ones in initial production, and we have one in ramp up. You can see the funnel. There is a use case example of how we have done it in the American market. We definitely see a pipeline that is progressing for Mobilicom on that avenue. One of the changing in America for robotics and drone, both on the commercial as well as in the defense, is we see that the bar is elevated. Until few years ago, you could buy definitely systems of drones or robotics in the commercial space, in some cases in the defense space from [uncertain]. That was locked and China was not included anymore, and then they are progressing right now with the new FCC Trump released earlier this year.

You are not allowed to buy solution for commercial application as well as defense from countries, I mean, which is outside of the U.S. and are locking that. Recently, four weeks ago, the American administration imposed tariffs of 100% on any drone technology or subsystem coming from outside of America. Mobilicom, in that case, is in unique situation to win on the back of those changes and trends that we see. First, we have American company listed on the Nasdaq, teams over here. We are already embedded with American vendors. We are already scaled into programs of record with the government. We have deployments within government, Department of War implementations, and we have the five certifications that you see over here from the government on the back of our success. That give us a rare opportunity.

They requested us is to complete local production and have. But we want to achieve ecosystem which is. And we believe that we can lock that by the end of the year. The Pentagon is interested in that and following on that. From Mobilicom, not just by validating us as a solution, but also with the local player position that we will be one of few, two, three players that will have all of those credibilities and capabilities to enjoy the growth that we see in this market is important for the market. Operational momentum. We discussed major design wins. We, this year, announced four in Israel, in U.S. for autonomous platform and weapon system and so on. You see that we continue to lock new deals and partnerships.

We see that, as I mentioned, the trusted FCC, the trusted drone by the FCC and the administration defined Mobilicom as one of four companies that got this specific unique position and defined us as critical technology provider for the drones and robotics of America. That is literally what they say in the papers. It is not I am defining that by my own words. This is how they quoted that and put Mobilicom with all the array of our solution in their list of trusted party to use. We see international expansion, and we see new product launch that we have done this year. The year did not end, so we anticipate additional good news by the end of the. Financials. We see the execution. We are still in early sales level, but we see what we have on the funnel that will expand that.

We had roughly $16 million cash in hand at the end of June. Our consumption on a monthly base is little less than $600,000, which bring us to somewhere below $6 million on a yearly base, which means cash. We have additional I think $12.2 million to receive. [uncertain], and then we have in total 12.9 million shares outstanding, which is not much, and there is 17.8 million fully diluted. Most importantly, we have zero debt, zero convertible, zero credit lines or anything else. So, in that position, we have enough time and cash to execute our strategy of organic growth. What we do see is near term growth catalyst. We do understand that you can see in foreign drone tariffs that I've mentioned, which came in August, dramatically the situation in America playing in the benefit of Mobilicom.

The cybersecurity requirements are increasing, and there is a deadline for all the system provider to have cybersecurity in the format that Mobilicom already designed and developed. There is the drone dominance that is accelerating the ecosystem in America. Program of record, we already in the OPFL, producing and deploying. We have over 2,000 systems already in the hands of the Marines, and we anticipate that LASSO in the Army and others are going towards that direction with our partners, and we have additional design wins. I think that one of the exciting things is the U.S. production. Once we'll hit that milestone, it's important milestones for the growth, because then The Pentagon can direct more business to Mobilicom, meeting all the criteria they see and want.

There is great opportunity with AI autonomy, with integration that we've done with NVIDIA and Qualcomm partners, which we intend to expand, and we are doing that as we speak with additional partners and increasing our market share with our cybersecurity embedded on NVIDIA and Qualcomm solution for drones or robots. I think that there is opportunity for expansion of our portfolio to become even stronger and better positioned through unorganic growth opportunities, scaling up our capability on the commercial market. We see several opportunities over there. We believe that the commercial market will bring higher pace of growth in something that will happen over a short time, and you have to be ready for that.

We took the opportunity to discuss with our close allies, these giant OEMs that produce the platform, we see and need within two, three by themselves and what is the ideal part so that we identify the opportunities. So why to invest in Mobilicom? Clear technology, which is proprietary, that have multiple or few tens of patents already registered and granted in America. Company that has all the regulations and testing and validation by the American market, but also by allies of America in Israel or Asia Pacific. We have been validated and tier ones in their platform that are going to scale in the coming two years, and we have moving with that production scalability, cybersecurity for autonomy. I think that with the cash position company, we have what we need in all those. Mobilicom in a nutshell. Questions so far? Yes, please.
