Thank you, Peter. Joining us today are Brendan McCracken, Ovintiv's President and Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board. The directors standing for election are also present, representatives of our independent registered public accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and our independent Inspector of Elections, Angela Kellems. I confirm that notice of this meeting and proxy materials were made available to stockholders of record as of March 9, 2026. The affidavit of distribution from Broadridge Financial Solutions will be retained with the minutes of this meeting. As of the record date, 283,335,463 shares of common stock were outstanding and entitled to vote at this meeting. The Inspector of Election has advised that a majority of the outstanding shares entitled to vote are represented in person or by proxy. Accordingly, a quorum is present.

The items of business to be voted upon today are described in the company's proxy statement dated March 25th, 2026. Proposal number one, the election of each of our 11 directors to serve until the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders or until their successor is duly elected and qualified. The nominees are Sippy Chhina, Meg Gentle, Gregory Hill, Ralph Izzo, Harry King, Howard Mayson, Brendan McCracken, Steven Nance, George Pita, Thomas Ricks, and Brian Shaw. Proposal number two, a non-binding advisory vote to approve the compensation of Ovintiv named executive officers, commonly referred to as a say on pay resolution. Proposal number three, ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers as Ovintiv's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. Stockholders who have not yet voted or wish to change their previously submitted vote may do so through the virtual meeting platform.

We will pause briefly to allow voting to conclude. Peter, shareholders have now had the opportunity to vote.
