Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Jonathan Solomon, Chief Executive Officer of BiomX Inc. I welcome you to our special meeting of stockholders. As of the date here of, we have not achieved the required quorum and disclosed in our definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 13th, 2026. In light of this, in accordance with the provisions of the company's bylaws and Delaware General Corporation Law, we must achieve the required quorum in order to proceed with a special meeting. Therefore, I announce that this meeting is being adjourned until March 11th, 2026, at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time, to allow more time for the solicitation of proxies and voting. The reconvened meeting will be conducted virtually at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com, page 2026 SM.
The record date for determining stockholders eligible to vote at the special meeting will remain the close of business on February 3, 2026. Stockholders who have already voted and do not wish to change their vote do not need to vote again for the reconvened special meeting. Unless we receive instruction from you to the contrary, we'll vote your shares according to your instructions on your previously submitted proxy card or pursuant to your voting instructions previously submitted. Stockholders that already submitted proxies and would like to change their vote with respect to any proposals can update their vote in the manner set forth in the company's definitive proxy statement. Your vote will be recorded as a special meeting in accordance with your most recently submitted proxy.
