Peak Resources was recently formed to hold investments in oil and natural gas businesses and assets owned by certain investment partnerships managed by Yorktown, management and other investors. Our primary operational focus is on using advanced horizontal drilling and completion technology to economically and expeditiously grow our oil and natural gas production and reserves in the Powder River Basin. We are focused on increasing equity value through the development of our 1,770 gross (530 net) identified horizontal drilling locations.
