The Interconnect Solutions segment offers advanced packaging materials under the Intervia, Solderon, and Nikal brands; advanced circuit materials under the Circuposit, Microfill, and Riston brands; high-performance thermal and electromagnetic shielding solutions under the Laird, Tputty, Tflex, and CoolZorb brands; laminates for flexible and rigid-flex PCBs under the Pyralux, Interra, and Temprion brands; polyimide films for high-performance applications under the Kapton and Oasis brands; silver nanowire technologies; and electronic polymers.
The company’s products are used in the advanced computing and artificial intelligence, advanced connectivity, wearable electronics, electronic connectors, smartphones, printed circuit board materials, specialty seals, transportation, and displays applications.
