Thank you, Daniel, and thank you for attending the Range Resources Corporation annual stockholder meeting. I'm David Poole, the company's Corporate Secretary. We're pleased to conduct this meeting telephonically to provide you with access to our meeting this year without the need to travel. As you know, if you've attended any of our prior shareholder meetings, we have a very short formal meeting with a few minutes for questions about the meeting itself at the end. For any other questions about the company, our IR team is, as always, available to speak to you. At this time, I'll turn the meeting over to Greg Maxwell, our Chairman of the Board.

Greg G. Maxwell

Thank you, David. The proposals to be considered at this meeting are proposal one, the election of seven directors to serve on the board until the next annual meeting planned for May 2023. Since it is an uncontested election, the stockholders will elect directors by a majority vote as provided by the company's bylaws. The directors who have been nominated are the present directors of the company, including Reginald Spiller , who was appointed to the board in the fall of 2021. As we do annually, proposal two is to consider and vote on a non-binding proposal regarding the company's executive compensation philosophy, also referred to as say-on-pay. The third proposal is to ratify the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the registered public accounting firm for our 2022 fiscal year.

The fourth matter is to seek approval of the amendment to the company's 2019 equity plan to add additional shares to those currently available under the plan. David?
