We adhere to the goal of being a leader in the Chinese personal care products industry. Softto brand started in 1988 and we have been carrying forward our product development philosophy as “Our product and its quality speak for itself”.
We do not manufacture our products ourselves; instead, we contract OEM manufacturers to produce our products for us and one of the OEM manufacturers is our largest supplier and related party of the Company.
