Good morning, everyone. My name is Timothy Lu, Chief Executive Officer of Senti Biosciences Holdings, Inc, which we will refer to as the company. The meeting is now called to order, and I've asked Rob Cutler, our Head of Legal, to record the minutes. It's a pleasure to welcome our stockholders to this annual meeting of Senti Biosciences Holdings, Inc.

This meeting is being held in accordance with our bylaws and Delaware law. In our meeting today, we'll cover the six proposals described in our notice and proxy statement, a copy of which was mailed on or about September 24th, 2026, to all of our stockholders of record at the close of business on September 23rd, 2026. This is a continuation of the meeting that was properly adjourned on October 8th, 2026. All discussions will be limited to the official business at hand.

Now, let's proceed to the formal business of the meeting. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 23rd, 2026, are entitled to vote at this meeting. Rules of conduct of the meeting are available in the Meeting Materials section in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. Please note that only stockholders who have logged in using their 16-digit control number will be able to vote and ask questions at the meeting. If you have any questions, I would encourage you to please submit them now so they would be in the queue to be answered.

The Board of Directors has appointed Anthony P. Carideo to act as Inspector of Elections for this annual meeting, and he will tabulate the results of the voting. The Inspector of Elections has signed the oath of his office, which will be filed with the minutes of the meeting. Mr. Carideo, do we have a quorum present?
