Cancel subscription

Cancel your subscription at any time via the “Manage Subscription” section of your account page.
Please note that we are currently working to resolve a bug with the cancellation button, so you may be prompted to email us to ensure your cancellation goes through.
Cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, Apple requires that cancellations and refunds be handled directly through them. Here's how to do it:
1. Cancel your subscription (to stop future renewals)
- On your iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Stock Analysis → Cancel Subscription
- Or on Mac: App Store → Account → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel
2. Request a refund from Apple
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription
- Find the purchase for Stock Analysis, choose Request a refund, then follow Apple's steps

Cancel a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store
For subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store, Google requires that cancellations and refunds be handled directly through them. Here's how to do it:
If it's been under 48 hours since your purchase:
- Open the Play Store app on your phone
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Purchase history
- Select the purchase
- Tap Refund (or Cancel & refund, if shown)
If it's been more than 48 hours
- Go to play.google.com/store/account
- Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase
- Open Payments & subscriptions → Purchase history
- Find the item and click Report a problem
- Choose Request a refund and submit the form
