Invoices and receipts

When making a purchase on the site, you should automatically receive a receipt from our payments provider, Paddle. We can also email receipts upon request.
If you need an invoice for a company, follow these steps:
- Open the invoice or receipt via the receipt link in your latest emailed receipt.
- Please note that the link will take you to Paddle, our third-party payment provider.
- Add or amend your billing address and/or VAT/Tax ID.
The changes you make should then be applied to all future invoices.
If you're unable to make the update yourself, you can request it via Paddle Order Support.
Otherwise, we can contact Paddle to update your invoice on your behalf. Should you wish us to do so, send us an email with the necessary details. Please note that this process may take several business days.
